What are the payment terms?
We offer a 30-day FREE TRIAL. No credit card required. You can cancel at anytime with one click. We don’t make you email us or anything shady. One click cancel, no commitments.
Do you support sending email attachments to my Amazon buyers?
Yes! We support up to 4MB/email for attachments (this is Amazon’s limit).
How are the email limits applied across marketplaces?
You can use those emails across all of your marketplaces. For example, if you send 4,000 in the UK, 5,000 in the US and 1,000 in DE, you will be all set with a 10,000 emails/per month plan.
Do you support custom domains?
Yes! You get yourbrand.mysellerpal.com and you we support custom domains e.g. deals.yourbrand.com
Do you support Amazon single-use discount codes?
Yes! We support single use codes and you can limit them by email address and/or IP address.
Do the landing pages support Facebook Pixels and Google Analytics for tracking and retargeting?
Yes! You can track landing page views and there is a thank you page to track conversions using your favorite scripts. We have lots of videos on this!
How is my Amazon true profit calculated?
First, you enter your cost of goods and inbound shipping in our very simple user interface. Then we automatically pull in Amazon commission fees, Amazon FBA/unit fees from Amazon’s secure API. Then we update your dashboards hourly to show you your margins and estimated profit.
Do the landing pages work with well on mobile devices?
Yes! Our landing pages are optimized for every device size using a responsive design. Also, all image content is served over the global Amazon Content Delivery Network (CDN) so your pages load quickly across the world.
Do the landing pages work with Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc?
Yes! Our Pages Implement the Open Graph Standard, supported by all major social networks.
What is your Amazon Sponsored Products Waste feature?

How reliable is your hosting?
We have had 100% uptime since November of 2016 (our launch). Pages are hosted on multiple servers, redundant across geographic regions.

Where is my Amazon Sponsored Products data stored?
Amazon Sponsored Products reports are stored in our secure hosted database with a major database provider. At any point, you have the option to do a full delete which means data is removed completely from our servers.
